Began exchange process. Called to follow up when I didn't hear anything at all in 12 days. Woman on the phone was very helpful. Had she not been, I would be giving them a lower rating. Hard to contact and very slow. Original order did not ship when they said it would. Still tracking replacement order as it has not arrived. Assuming all will be good at that point. "
