"I ordered a data kit for my LG 5450. I was supposed to get the MA 8012 kit. Instead they sent the MA 8022. I called the manufacturer and was told the only kit to work would be the MA 8012. I called Cell-Phone-Accessories.com and spoke with a very nice Niki, but other than that I am not happy at all. They admitted the product was wrong, said they'd send me the correct one and charge my credit card for it. After I go to the trouble of sending the wrong one back, they'll give me a credit on my card. They wouldn't do a quick shipment for me, no discount for my trouble and inconvenience. Nothing but "I'm sorry". I won't do business with them again."
"Item: Motorola V635 Plantronics M120 over-the-ear hands free headset. Item arrived without the over-the-ear piece, rendering it unusable. Web site says "hassle-free returns" BUT the requirement was for return with RMA number within 14 days of purchase. I asked for the RMA number on the day the item was received, however, the RMA number was not sent until October 31. PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ADVISED THAT RETURN OF MERCHANDISE SHIPPED DEFECTIVE REQUIRES AN RMA NUMBER AND SEVERAL OTHER PROCEDURES. Customer Service: The customer calling between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. (no time zone is given) has to leave a message. The message does NOT say that calls before 6 a.m. or after 9 p.m. will be connected to a customer service representative. Therefore, there is no two-way customer service. After spending over three hours on this return on three separate days, I have no assurance that a return sent today, at considerable effort with tracking number, will be accepted for exchange."
"Prices would have been good, but one was misrepresented (headphone specifically for my model was incorrect), and emails were ignored both to their email addresses and via the website form. So I ended up paying a premium price, and now must buy locally, since it's not worth ordering only one item via internet.
Shipping was slow; order from 9/21 was not shipped until 10/1. Not recommended for lack of response to their mistake.
Added 10/15/2005: They finally responded saying I could return the misrepresented item, but I would need to pay the return shipping (even though it's their fault), AND I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee if it's been over 2 weeks, even though it's not only their fault, but they took 2 weeks to respond.

"After overcoming their ugly and bizarre web site, and clarifying two questions regarding a vague product description and the also-vague order-entry process, I placed an order for cell phone batteries. The good news is that they arrived more or less on time, were the correct item, and were reasonably well packaged. The bad news is that customers have no online access to order status until the order is shipped and the acknowledgement is emailed. As a new customer at an unknown quantity like this supplier, I'd appreciate a lot more order visibility. As it is, I feel generally positive about them based on this one order, but given another opportunity with a more established vendor, with a better web presence, I'd opt for the alternative. They *really* need to work on their web site, both in product presentation and in order processing. For example, their top-level page contains (I'm not making this up) a visible list of 9167 keywords, all of them in type too tiny to read. Most referenced pages have the virtually the same list. Heaven help you if you're on dialup.
Bottom line based on only one sample, if they have what you want at the right price, place the order -- just don't expect world-class customer interface.

The aftermarket batteries are of poor quality. They were rated at 1200mah compared to the OEM battery at 650mah. Even after carefully putting each of the new batteries through the recommended three full discharge/charge cycles, my *worn* OEM batteries power my phones longer than these new ones. Save yourself the hassle and buy branded OEM batteries even though they cost more."

"They have the dual-slot desktop charger (charges phone & extra battery simultaneously) for my wife's Sanyo SCP-4000 cell phone, which I'd had a hard time finding. If I did find it, it was about $50. These guys had it for $17.95! My total was only $26.95 after TX tax & FedEx Ground (5-7 day) shipping!
I placed my order at 4:45PM on Fri., Mar. 14, got an order confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes. Got the charger Tues., Mar. 18! I actually got an e-mail confirming that my order was shipped (& listing the FedEx tracking number) on the 18th, after I got the item - but that's only because the shipping was so quick. Shipping was quick because I live only about 40 miles from the store - I would've easily burned an amount of gas more than the cost of shipping & tax if I would've driven to the store... Still, it's nice to know that if I lived farther away (& shipping would take longer) that I would have had the tracking number.
Very satisfied, would do business with again, and will recommend to others!
