"I was ripped off by cellcorner.com... don't use their service!!!

On June 29 I ordered an unlock code, promised for delivery in 2 - 48 hours. Fours days later it had not arrived, so I sent email using their online form. They never answered. I tried 3 more times and never heard from them. In the mean time, I made my trip and had returned home from overseas... so I no longer needed an unlock code for my phone. Then, on July 11 they sent it to me. Not 2 - 48 hours as promised, not even close. These guys are thieves; try using a different service."

"Hi there, this is a buyer beware for www.cellcorner.com. I ordered my cell phone unlock key they took my money immediately and despite many requests via their contact us on their website they never responded. I never received the unlock key.
My advice is not to deal with this company as they cannot be trusted.

"I submitted my order on July 23rd. I just received it today on the 3rd of September.

The site clearly stated that I will receive my order in 5 days; 15 days maximum.

I ended up waiting for 1 and a half months.

I have emailed and sent in my questions a total of 7 times, and they have replied only 2 times, telling me to wait for another 48 hours. Which was OF COURSE very late. I haven't even tested out my code yet as I have submitted my phone in for another code yesterday.

This company is unprofessional and the least punctual for a legit company. It is certain that i will never buy anything from Cellcorner again, and i will discourage any one who wants to use it."

However, my credit card shows that they've already charged my card for this order. I've been waiting for over an hour for their "Live" customer service. Messages sent to their "customer support" email address have not been answered. Don't waste your time with this site. A 6-year old would run a business better than them."

"This was the third online company I approached trying to get a Sidekick LX unlocked (locked onto T-Mobile U.S.). The other two companies exchanged a lot of emails with me(over a couple of months each) before giving in and saying the code was not forthcoming. I submitted the IMEI to Cellcorner and received an unlock code,which worked, in 13 days. Their website says allow 5 - 15 days so that was fine. Considering I had lost hope of ever getting this phone unlocked I am extremely happy with the service!"
