" I will never purchase anything else from this merchant! I purchased a replacement screen for my iPhone 4s, and it was defective. The touch screen didn't work, and the display quality was blotchy and of very poor quality. I have replaced many phone screens and have never had any problems. I know how delicate these things can be and was super cautious installing it, so I'm pretty sure it was the product.
I e-mailed the company regarding the problem, and they did not even have the courtesy to respond! Based on all the other reviews, it would seem that they are aware of the defectiveness of this product but still choose to cell it, and use "you damaged it on installation" as an excuse to keep your money. If you are considering purchasing a replacement screen, I highly recommend that you purchase it elsewhere."

"Multiple issues: 1) The iPhone4 digitizers have inferior very brittle ribbon cables. Cellpartsdirect has had so many return requests, they plainly state they will not replace or refund broken cables. They clearly recognize the problem with their cables and refuse to fix their inventory. 2) You will need to open a dispute with your credit card company to force them to accept the return of their "junk"! 3) Their customer support is slowwww.... it appears to be a store front for a part-time vendor who answers email in their spare time. 4) I will never deal with this vender again.
