"I seriously wish I would have done my research on this website before I decided to pay money and get their services. I have a Samsung Highlight and needed the unlock code and then the unfreeze code. It took nearly two weeks to get the unlock code and that was after emailing them and asking for it because it had been so long. Consequently, I don’t know if it was me that put in the code wrong or if the code did not work, however I needed the unfreeze code. I got the unfreeze code (with no directions). Another two weeks at least trying to get the instructions to use the unfreeze code, which ended up not working due to inadequate and/or wrong instructions. Apparently they don’t even know that the Samsung Highlight is a touch screen phone. Anyway, I paid through Paypal and tried fighting to get my money back through them but the claim ended up being denied because the product was intangible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT! If I could choose less than 1 star I would. "

"This company emailed me back the next day that my order was canceled. They could not retrieve the unlock code for the Samsung Jack I616 phone with my IMEI #. They indicated that my credit card had not been charged and the authorization has been canceled. In reading other reviews about this business I am concerned whether this is a legitimate business as they have unlocked the same model of phone for another reviewer in this list of reviewers (cristip). How do I know or feel secure that this company will not be selling my active credit card number to a third party who will fruadulently use the number at a future date?"
