"Avoid this scammer! cellphonebeast.org cells used, dirty, nonworking cellphones but advertises as if they were new, no indication on the website they are used and in horrible shape and in a non-working condition. No customer service - requested to provide status after a week since the order was placed and got no response. When the package with the phones arrived 10 days later, I opened it just to find the old dirty phones. The charges were not even in any wrap, not even in a plastic bag. I left a voice message on the phone as well as I emailed the company, alerting to the problem and requesting to refund and to cover the return shipping as it's a standard practice for honest sellers when it's their fault. The owner called me just to scream at me. He later sent me a reply email with just one word: "moron" - isn't it a wonderful customer service? It's a typical scammer - stay away!"
