"I ordered a product on a Monday at 9:00 pm est, but there was a glitch in the online payment system I used, which I noticed immediately, sent an email with the correction in 1 minute with my correct mailing address. They responded Thursday, with the response that the order had already been shipped out, with a "sorry for your inconvenience". They do not check their communication system regular, therefore. What is the purpose of being to order things after hours and emailing any corrections, if they are not going to check their emails until 3 days later.
