"I broke my phone and placed something in the cellspare cart as I was still unable to decide if to order from Cellspare. The company sends me a PayPal request via my email ID to pay for something I placed in the cart, and it was to be paid out to an individual, not even cellspare.
The website says that all international orders are eligible for free delivery, including the following line,

However, if you are ordering outside of India, be prepared to receive your order 2-3 months after placing it. I ordered a phone screen around the end of July, and the company shipped it end of August. So much for the fast handling of products.

Moments after I placed my order, I receive another email claiming, that IndiaPost has suspended all international mailing services and I need to pay more to get my order. Which was a complete scam and I verified it from the official India Post website.

Now it's the 3rd of September, more than 2 weeks after Cellspare sent my order and they still have no answer as to when it will arrive.

"I ordered a replacement screen for a rare phone via PayPal direct checkout. I didn't hear anything from them after that.
After a month I contacted cellspare via PayPal conflict resolution and they gave me a USPS tracking number even though I live in Europe and they claim to deliver via DHL. The tracking number didn't have any activity for two weeks.
Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal and they eventually (after another month) resolved the issue in my favor and refunded the money. There was no further communication with cellspare after I received the tracking number, which means nothing happened for about 1.5 months!"
