"Hi,
Well I have never taken the time to actually attempt to warn others from a company - I think that Cellulaire warrants that time. If you read this and say "this is just an isolated case" note that this is 2 situations in one AND I had read about this type of thing with them already, and hoped it would be better for me - what a laugh hey... So be forwarned if you venture forth with this bad business guys. They make a bad name for honest good quality on-;line business people.
My son ordered a phone on May 26th (I Do not have order number for that order, only the email that he sent asking for some information). On June 15th I checked up on the order, as it had not arrived. At one point my son was told that it would arrive on the next Tuesday - the store reps say they would not have said that(at one time I might have believed them). He went away for work, not before he started a plan with Rogers trusting these guys about the phone coming. So after he went away for work I called and I was told the reason he had not received the order was one of the 2 phones he had ordered was not available. They said that they had tried my cell phone twice to tell him that. It is my work phone and it is always on, or you can leave a voice mail (who knows I can still give them the possibility that they could not get through to me, but why not email him instead if they really cared). So the one person said I should talk to the English guy and said he would call - and he did right away!.... confidence increased for me. So he said that he had tried to call - why not email hey - and that he could not get thru to me and that one phone , of 2 my son ordered, was not available. He said that he could for sure get the one he wanted, but not the other one. I needed a break to think about this - did I trust these guys. After 2 days I called them back to confirm that they could get it, and outlined my concerns about how un-dependable they seemed to be (except for the quick phone calls). I stupidly ordered another phone from them (order 2901 Thursday the 18th). I called on Friday and he said that it would be in their hands on Monday and to me on Wednesday. I called on Monday and he said Thursday and would call when it came in on Monday. I called on Tuesday and the "french" person said I should call back to talk to the English person at 12:00 and hung up without any more effort. He also mentioned that I had not put any money down anyways, or something like that, suggesting to me to "go away". I was pleasant enough because I own a small business too and can appreciate the problems that can be encountered. I simply wanted to know if the phone was going to come in at all - just straight honesty for once from them - I took the hint. I canceled the order right away, not that it probably had been put thru at all anyways. I then went to another company - www.mobile604.com - and got an email back from them right away, ordered the phone, asked if they could send it right away, they seemed to make a special effort to get it out by FedEx that day(at 4:30pm) and it should be here by Friday or earlier. I have not received it, so I can not vouch for the product - but their service seems good. So I would not recommend Celluraire En Gros to anyone, unless you seriously really do not want the product or do not want to put out the money anyways - but would really like some frustration. Because if you do get anything from them it may be another miracle that should go into the books. And if you have gotten anything from them it will probably not happen twice. It is too bad because I think the idea of what they are doing is good, but they just do not have their act together enough to pull it off. Some type of service is needed because the word of mouth like this email and others I had read will not do them any favours. This is the last brain cell that is going toward this company. Attempt to buy at your own risk - I tried even after reading all the warnings signs.... update: the cell phone I ordered from www.mobile604.com arrived the next day by 11:00 (amazing). So if you want a more secure option then this company try mobile604, so far I am pretty impressed."
"DO NOT TRUST THIS RETAILER. NE PAS FAIRE CONFIANCE À CE REVENDEUR.
The have no respect for the costumer once you have paid them. If ever your phone breaks after 30 days, you're screwed, they are supposed to take in charge the warranty on behalf of the manufacturer, but of course they are not able to such responsability.
It happenend to me, my smartphone broke after 3 months....Cellulaire En Gros inc. tried to repair (they wanted to charge me for the reparation) but they weren't able. I called the manufacturer (Blackberry) they told me they couldn't do anything for me because all the repairations had to be done through the retailer. So I called back Cellulaire En Gros, the owner insulted me over the phone and I didn't have much to do since he doesn't care about his customers and he's not the type to find an arrangement with customers.

"I ordered a PRADA II from this store, and the guy who talked to me, David, was flawless. If you're an english speaker, don't speak to Rene, he doesn't quite understand english, and he may feel offended when he hears some unknown words, so ask for David.
The delivery of my phone was a little late, but understandable for a 600$ phone that must be ordered from europe. Normally it takes 2 days delivery, or if you live in montreal, going to the store and picking it up is also a possibility. Plus, these guys are crazy, I never saw guys loving their job, actually knowing what they're talking about and being as sociable as them.
Of course, there are always bad apples, and bad days. Nobody can please everyone, but i do recommend this store hands down, thumbs up.

"I log on the internet to place an order of an LG phone that I liked. However, while placing my order I noticed the payment option was either cash on delivery or pick up from store (no credit card info). So I called the place and spoke to a guy named Tom (a new sales guy). I was initially referred by a friend. I asked Tom if he knows my friend, said no but maybe Rene the store manager would know. I asked to speak to him, he said call back in 10 mins.
So i called back and asked for Rene. I told him I am calling you on behalf of my friend (and I mentioned my friends name). He said I dont know him. I said oh ok. He asked in a very rude way "what's your question", I said well its regarding the phone LG 915 VU....I didnt even finish the sentence and then he passed the phone onto someone else. He didnt say hold on, didnt say someone else will help you, he simply passed the phone back to Tom. You call that a store manager??? I am glad I had this experience before buying the phone. Can you imagine what crappy service I would have had after buying the phone?
Anyhow, when he passed me to Tom, I said why did he pass me to you, he didnt know what to say, I said never mind you can forget the sale, and TOm was like ok bye.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER...if these ppl want referals and grow their business, well they definitely need to learn lots on how to treat new clients. Not only I was sooo close to buy a 350$ phone, but I was going to order another phone for my girlfriend.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE A PENNY THOSE GUYS.

"Ordered a mobile phone (Samsung SGH-U900 Soul) from their website www.cellengros.com (alternate website www.cellulairedepot.com) on the July 07, got confirmation of order on July 09, and asked them to ship the phone on July 10 and told that it will take about 48hrs. July 21, still don't have my phone so I send an e-mail query. Reply comes on July 27 that the phone is still in their warehouse. I luckily was going to be in the area of their store the following week so I say I will just come and pick up the phone to save on the shipping charges. While at the store I ask about the warranty for the phone and was told that the store covers 30 days and the balance of 1 year by the manufacturer, in this case Samsung. Any problems after 30 days I can call Samsung and get a service location from them. 39 days after purchase of the phone it stops working. I call Samsung Canada and am informed that they do not have any service locations in Canada, that all repairs must be done through the store of purchase or my cellular service provider. I then phone the store (cellulaire en gros) and speak to the same person who sold me the phone. He tells me that he would never have told me that there was a 1 year warranty on the phone and that "it is your problem as it over 30 days. In fact, some stores only give 14 while they offer 30."
In summary, they kept losing my order, late delivery, misleading warranty information. Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy."
