"Liars, fast talkers. I tried to order the MyTouch 4g slide. First I was told I needed a 2GB data plan. Ok, fine. The order never shipped, and I was not notified. I contacted them and they said the phone only compatible with a 5GB data plan. NOT TRUE. I contacted my carrier (TMobile) and was informed I actually didn't need the 2GB plan either. A 200M plan was fine, but would probably be exceeded. My refund will be posted in 5-7 days."
"Nightmare to deal with. 1st they entered our business account as individual and then they cancelled the order with no explaination. Thumbs up to Sprint Customer Service - They called to ask if they could help as we are approved for 12 lines.
Anywy, called their "escalated customer service" line and it turns out to be the same one used by Wirefly - completely useless even after 3 way call with Sprint telling them we are approved for 9 additional lines."
"I ordered a Samsung Fascinate from celluardeals about a week ago. They had the best price at 9.63 while Wirefly and Samsung were hovering around $30. I was extremely skeptical buying from them as all I could find was a few forum posts saying they received their merchandise. So I pulled the trigger and it was a very smooth process. I made a mistake with my billing address so they sent an e-mail asking for a call to verify everything. Not 10 minutes later I got an e-mail saying I was processing. Within a day it was shipped. It came as advertised and I feel like they deserved a review.
Also, today I received an e-mail from Wirefly saying welcome from Cellular Deals. I'm assuming they are related in some way, which if I had known earlier would have made me pull the trigger more easily on the device.
All in all I couldn't be happier!"
