"Well, what I bought turned out to be very cheaply made and broke within a few minutes. But they did respond fast and had my account refunded the full amount and paid to ship it back.
So the service is great but the product I bought was not.
update: I just got emailed about the issue that was already resoled as my post stated. This leads me to believe that no one is reading the posts. I said your service was good but now I'm thinking different. Why send me an email asking me to put in a trouble ticket when I have my money back already? Please read the posts before you send me an email like that."
