I was not able to receive it even now, 9/18
I had a few email conversation with support, they told me it was sent to an address
which is like a combination of my 2 old address and it is not a valid address
customer service keep asking me to check the address listed
I had to email her 2 time for her to recognize it is not a valid address
I suspect the invalid address is pulling from paypal payment service
I called CellularFactory customer service today, and representative ask me to pay for $2.59 for redelivery, I refused. And asked if I can cancel the order via paypal and get my refund.
representative just said "go ahead" and hang up the call.

1 more phone call, trying to ask do I have an option to cancel my order, and I was told that I need to pay for 15% restocking fee, even tho I never get my order. So I gave in to save my time and paid for the $2.69 reshipping fee (I did not have to pay for shipping when I first placed my order, I am not sure why I need to pay when I reship it)
This is the worst experience ever after online shopping for 11 years. I will shop on CellularFactory.com and will reconsider shopping with smaller/non-reputable company like this. "
