"Bought 3 tablets from this seller, all came in very good condition no problems at all but 1 of the tablets I got the speakers stopped working, I returned it and they gave me a refund and I bought another tablet from them, best phone or tablet seller!"
"I was sold an iPad with a defective motherboard. Seller refuses to replace it. NEVER BUY FROM THEM ANYWHERE, EVEN ON AMAZON!"
"Searched online and found MANY OTHER PEOPLE BEING SCAMMED BY THIS SELLER! Bought a iphone 7, it was sold as 256gb and they sent me a iphone7 128gb and the bluetooth and wifi were not functioning. Seller said to send it back with 100% Satisfaction guarantee. Then two days into transit they started a 50% Return process. I was told I would get 50% refund because "the screen was broken and the box was not damaged so they tried to accuse me of breaking the screen and sending it back to them for full refund! I checked the tracking number and it said the phone was still in transit and two states away from them still! I EVEN TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PHONE AND PACKAGING THE DAY I SHIPPED IT OUT SHOWING IT WAS NOT BROKEN!?! So how could they say they received the phone with broken screen and box was undamaged if they still hadn't even received it yet!?! Because they are LIARS and Scammers! DONT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD HAVE THEIR EBAY ACCOUNT BANNED. I HOPE WHOEVER RUNS THIS BUSINESS IS EXPOSED FOR THE CROOKS THEY ARE!"
"I purchased a phone that worked fine. No issues, for almost a year - when a manufacturer (samsung) upgrade was done. Upon completion, an error code stated that the phone was under lease by Sprint - and several important apps no longer functioned. I could do nothing - even the 866 phone number associated with the error code had been disconnected. I was never a Sprint customer, and Samsung was unable to remove the flag. CellularStream appears unphased by knowing that they have/are purchasing items that remain under lease. Seems illegal - but eBay is also unapproachable - so I'm finished with both."
"This is a scam company. They sell cell phones on ebay and possibly other electronics. Basically that fund their business by selling maybe 10% of their equipment as wrongly described. Then when the customer gets the item they purchased and it doesn't match the description, when the return is processed, the company says the item they shipped was in the condition as described and that since there was no damage by the carrier then the damage must have happened on the customers end. Then they refund you 50%.
This is a classic bait and switch and since they don't do it to all of their sales, then they are able to keep there ebay feedback up enough that their rating is a misrepresentation of the actual companies' legitimacy.
The holocaust happened because people were indifferent to hate and and wrong doing. This company is allowed to exist because of the same principle. The employees working there rationalize to themselves reasons for working for such a company, as well as ebay makes money off the whole thing so they do not shut them down either.
and we wonder why the nightly news is filled with people going crazy every night.......its called cruelty breeds insanity.....this is simple stuff"
"This cell-phone outlet out of Arlington, IL is a real fraud. They sell defective knockoffs as like-new. I spent $125 on Samsung Galaxy Note Edge from Cellular Stream in March 2019. For a phone advertised as "Like-New" and in "great working condition", I could not get the damn thing to turn on. The turns itself on and off continuously until it runs out of juice or you remove the battery.
They finally agreed to take it back on 03/26/19 for full refund but wouldn't pay for return shipping even though they agreed that the phone didn't meet their own safety standard. These crooks at 224-241- cell (2355) received the phone back but refused to reimburse full cost.

"I purchased a sell phone, it didn't work. It would randomly power off all the time. I returned and they are charging me 30+ dollars for a scratch on the camera. I had it out of the box for no more than thirty minutes. They obviously do this to customers to make money even when they send out phones that don't work. I wonder how many times they have done this with the same phone?
TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!"
"I bought my son a phone. Got it. It was scratched quite badly. I bought a sim card but it was the wrong size so we he hemhawed around. Finally, I took it to the att store. The man said the phone was junk. It wont read a sim. And that I overpaid even if it WAS functional. So i asked to be given an exchange . I was very close to the 30 day mark but not quite. They waited to respond AFTER the 30 days to say it had expired. They're shady. I wont use them OR Ebay again. "
"Purchased an HTC Bolt that had been advertised as "NEW", but began having major issues with the phone only 1 month after the date of purchase. I called CellularStream to repair the problem, but they told me that I was just over the 30 day warranty. They claim that their tech checks every phone for quality prior to sale. BULLSH*T... This company is selling refurbished phones as new and getting away with it. This was explained to me directly from HTC themselves.
Do not give a dime to CellularStream as they are a knowingly and fraudulently selling refurbished phones as new. They should be held accountable and not be in business.
"
"eBay item number:352178703568 cell phone was purchased by me as "NEW AND NEVER USED" however that is simply not accurate for a number of reasons.. Seller sticker inside the phone box states "tested, ready for REUSE", Sim card removal tool is MIA, protective plastic coating is MIA on phone, no seal on the box, not original box, no headphones, etc..... so this was a USED PHONE...NOT "NEW NEVER USED" AS this seller DESCRIBE IN THE EBAY LISTING. Do not do business with cellularstream or Unified Solutions Corp who is a known cell phone refurbish service provider, not a retailer of NEW cell phones. BEWARE!!! "
"Purchased refurbished Note2 from CellularStream to replace my previous one that lasted 4 years until I broke it. I should have paid closer attention to the 30 day (from purchase) warranty because the phone lasted 66 days from activation, started spontaneously restarting, factory reset itself twice, then died. I've spent hours trying to reload the ROM but it appears to have internal electronic problems. I contacted CellularStream to get an exception to their warranty and I was denied. $125 gone forever."
"I had a very bad experience.I purchased a htc windows 8x from them. I come to find out that it was locked . They said that they couldn't help me because it went over the 30 day warranty so what am i suppose to do with a phone thats of no use to me or anyone else.I spoke to T-mobile because thats who locked it and they said they cant unblock it due to the previous owner of the phone. So buyers beware of locked phones."
