"I am concerned that there is only one review of this retailer, and it is bad. I almost didn't buy from them, but they had what I wanted at the right price, and I needed it quickly. The sim card I purchased is for my daughter's year abroad (Spain). I did reach customer service to inquire about the review. They knew nothing about it, but assured me that complaints are rare. If we have similar activation/customer service issues, I'll revise this review. For now, I am very satisfied. I would like to see the retailer sign up with your service and respond to the negative review.

The sim card works fine. No problems with activation. I asked a question by email about country code information that was provided by email. The response was prompt and accurate. "
