"Well...I did an online purchase on April the 10th, 2015. My items were not shipped out of your building until the 15th. This makes zero sense to me.

"I placed an order on April 9th, for an external battery charger. I called on Monday April 13th to check the status of the shipment and I was informed it took 2 days to process the information. I checked my email on Tuesday and still no information on the package tracking number. I called wireless emporium and they informed me that package was shipped on April 13th, so they refunded me the money for the shipping, which was very generous. So I called Thursday to check the status of the order and it still had not been shipped. So I called Friday mid-morning and the package had finally shipped Thursday night. I will not receive my package probably till Tuesday April 22nd, almost 2 weeks from the order date. All the ladies that I spoke to over the phone were very polite and apologetic, however that is not a great service provided for a customer. The only reason I ordered the product is because there was no other place to purchase an external battery for my obsolete Gz Commando 4g LTE. I might order in the future from Wireless Emporium, but the likely not. "
