"The items we received are fine, better than expected but the problem is the length of time it took. Their shipping charges are a little high and it took almost 3 weeks to receive the items I ordered. For the price of shipping I should have received the order within 7-10 days not 18 days. I'm not sure I will use them again, definitely won't if I need something in a hurry. They need to lower shipping charges or ship it faster!!!!"
