Hasn't done anything.

"Sent my phone in over 6 weeks ago. Their website still claims they are "processing." There is no way to get answers or feedback from the company. You may as well make up an address and mail your phone there, for the amount of answers, help, or money you will get. Go somewhere else."

"The process to get phone to them was easy. However, it took close to 20 business days for them to "evaluate". For some unexplained reason, they gave me about $8 less than the estimate. Would have been nice to know why

"Read website. It could take 15 days to inspect and then 7-10 days to mail check. I used Flipsy and picked cellular returns as they were the highest offer. I received the full quote that was offered. "

"I used cellular returns from flipsy website and received a price quote for my iPhone 8+. I received a shipping kit and mailed off my phone. I received my money in my paypal account in 2 weeks . Great company"

Not as promised!

"I returned a spotless iPhone 7 and was promised $315 and that a check would be mailed out within 24 hours of receiving my phone. Once delivery was tracked I heard nothing and finally contacted the company and was told they were on a 3 day Jewish holiday. A week later I was notified their offer was reduced by $65. Several weeks later I sent another email to see where my check was and I was promised it would be sent right out. It took another week. All told the reduced check took 6 weeks to reach me and only after I contacted the company many times. Beware. You've been warned."

Don’t waste your time with this dishonest company

"Do not waste your time with this company. Their defitnion of “good” states a device with slight cosmetic damage. I returned an iPhone with some slight cosmetic damage on the backside from small dirt particles getting trapped between the case and phone. To them that dropped it to “fair” condition and they tried dropping the return value $60 on me. The whole process took almost 3 weeks too! Thanks for wasting my time! Go with a more reputable and honest company!"

"This is the second phone I have sold back to them. Less than 2 weeks to get the $$$. If you read any negative reviews, I guarantee they did not either follow the specific directions or weren't truthful about the condition of the device. I can not recommend them enough. "

Set a reminder to follow up

"Once I wrote a review and reached back out, I had my check in less than a week. But, had I not been the one to follow up I’m not so certain i would have. It was nearly 10 weeks with no contact from them and, although I did receive all of the initial emails confirming receipt of my order, the phones, etc... their reasoning for the radio silence is that the email they sent me (to tell me I needed to unlink one of the phones from my Apple account) must have gone to my spam folder. I couldn’t find it, but if that’s a common occurrence they should make it practice to follow up with a phone call at some point. So, if you place an order, I’d also set a reminder for a couple weeks later so you don’t forget to follow up if you haven’t heard back. "

Scammers

"I sent in an iPhone 6 in flawless condition. 6 weeks later they sent me an email saying it was cracked and they wouldn’t pay the full value. I chose them because they provided the highest estimate up front, but that was clearly a bait and switch scam. Avoid at all costs!"

“Customer sent device with his own shipping material instead of using our return shipping kit. Customer chose to wrap the device in loose newspaper which probably caused the damage. We sent images of his device and we also volunteered to send the device back free of cost to inspect for himself. We elected to only deduct the cost of the display screen which gave the value of $95 instead of the $50 which we advertise on our site. We were hoping the customer would appreciate the gesture. ”

Long time to pay

"Kept following up and then would hear back 3 days later, have you responded to our email, didn't receive email, we will send again, wait a couple of days, we don't agree with your assessment, wait three more days, contact them, did you respond to the email, didn't receive, we will send again, wait three days, contact them, three days later, did you respond to the email, didn't receive. They obviously were entering my email incorrectly since i checked and I have entered it correctly. Finally received email, waited three days contacted again, did you respond to email, yes, oh, ok. Three days later, check in the mail. Took over 6 weeks. Sold another phone at the same time and it took three days. Stay away from this company."

“Customer received a revised price quote. We sent an email for Approval and we never received a response. Customer contacted us via our contact page and we replied ASAP. He informed us that he had deleted the email address that was used to place the order. We then updated his order with new email address and resent the revision for approval and didn't receive a response. He again contacted us via our contact page and we replied ASAP asking if he received the revision email and if he responded Accept or Decline. He apologized and stated that he didn't realize that he needed to reply Accept. Once customer accepted, payment was issued. Not sure why this review is active as we sent resellerratings all the email encounters between us and the customer showing the above.”
