Works easily and as claimed but support could be more responsive.

"Your product was excellent. Does what it says, deleivered in minutes
and with exhaustive instructions and videos on how to use.

I can't think of any significant improvemensts except that your
instructions should clarify whether the MEP2 code or the MEP4 code is
to be used when the BB9810 asks for an MEP code to be entered on using
a non-network sim. I didnt get a reply from support on this though the MEP2 code
worked fine.

It would be great if you could also provide a more use friendly
downloadable too for reading downloading all the details plus MEP as
shown in the 9810 "Help Me !" screen.

DO NOT USE!

"I'm not sure what these people are talking about. The website looks made up. They do not have 24/7 customer service. There is no customer service chat. Initially, they told me 1-7 business days. On the 8th business day, I emailed them to see what was going on using their email form online and no replies after 2 days. Then I tried to reply back to their initial email (best bet to get anyone from customer service) and they told me sorry for the delay and it should be ready soon. Then another week went by and I emailed them again. They told me 1-2 more business days. By this time I was fed up and told them I wanted to cancel the order. They replied back stating they are cancelling my order and a I will get notified when it is cancelled. I went ahead and got the unlock done with T-mobile during this wait. After they told me they were going to cancel, I got an email the next day stating my unlock was processed. I paid $130 for this service that I will probably never get refunded. The unlock was performed by my carrier NOT this place. The customer service was so terrible and the website is a lie. There are probably better cell unlock services out there DO NOT USE THIS ONE!"
