"This website is HORRIBLE! I ordered 5 cases for my iphone on December 8th, 2014. After 2 and a half weeks, I had not received a shipping confirmation email so I tried to get a hold of the company. I called and emailed, multiple times. No one responded. It is now January 9th and I still have not been able to reach anyone. I've sent 3 emails and called about 5 times. Each time I call, it says I am first in line. Then after waiting for 3 minutes it says to call back because they are too busy. I will never order from this website again and I will be cautioning others not to order either. Very very disappointing. I ordered a case for my iphone 5S and it eventually arrived. But, part of the case was missing. I contacted them and had to contact them a second time. I was told to take a photo and send it to them and they would replace it. This was not worth my time (if I were lying I would have set aside the missing piece before I took the photo).
Go to Amazon and you'll find hundreds of sellers with high ratings rather than this poorly rated seller. You'll find similar negative comments in their ratings."
"A huge collection of good quality covers for several phones, and very cheap! I've ordered several cases and a cable for my iPhone 5. The cable didn't work, so they send me a new one for free, which I received within a week! Also, when contacting cellz.com customer service, they respond very fast and kind.
You have to be patient with the shipping after your order, but not longer than informed on the site.
If you are concidering buying something here.. my advice is: order! you won't regret it.

"I order to iPhone 4 cases. After a month, the order never came. I emailed customer service and they re-sent the items. After another month of waiting, I tracked the package, which got lost. It eventually arrived, but was addressed to another state and zip code! Also, two days after placing my initial order, my debit card had fraudulent charges on it and I had to order a new one and go through the process of filing a claim to get re-imbursed. "
