They called me, discussed options, offered a brand new (and better) pwr supply that had only come out a few days before (I got my mfr's promotion email the day before, so very new), but had the unique characteristics I wanted. I changed my order on the phone and they shipped it right away. Got it in 4 days from order date. Could not be more pleased with service and with product selection.I've ordered PC stuff online since mid-80's, and have a lot of experience to draw on."
"The Newark store is near me so I use them for bulky items. Their prices are not as good as the web, but there is no shipping charge. But with CA sales tax it is a little expensive. I have had good experiences with their products and service."
