Трудно отбить неверно снятый платеж. По всем вопросам кроме покупки более дорого плана нужно звонить. На заданный по эл.почте вопрос не отвечают. Звонят домой и начинают назойливо нести пургу как хорош их сервис.
Если вы отвыкли от наглого совкого сервиса, лучше с ними дела не иметь.

"If I can give them less than this, I would. paid the service for a month. Did not like it, so I emailed about cancelling the services. The administrator Alexander called me and asked why I am cancelling the services , what i did not like, and what can he do to change my mind. I explained that there is nothing he can do to change my mind, and being a kind person gave him advice on what and how to change their services. After a month I saw the service charge on my credit card , I emailed and told them about the mistake, requesting my money back. They refused to do that. "Provided poor services and changed them without any notification of their client. Reduced channels without notice and didn't reduce the price. When I tried reaching them they were rude, unprofessional and offensive. They have no option to cancel subscription online. You need to call the. When you call them they being dodgy and hang up on you in order not to cancel account. No complaint department whatsoever. I didn't even have option to raise a complaint. Terrible!!!!!!!!!"

I made a purchase 22 May,on May 25 they disconnected
service.And stole my money.Be very careful with russian
