"I ordered an electric powerhead kit from centralvacuumonline.com (Also known as builtinvacuum.com, MD Central Vacuum, and MD Manufacturing). They charged my credit card right then and there. Five days later they figured out they didn't actually have the item and estimated it would be a month before they got it in stock. They DID offer to cancel the order (which, I believe they are required to do by law) and I did. Found a better version of the same item at Amazon for about the same price. Would have been nice if they had noted on their website that they didn't have the item and saved me time and aggravation.

Don't waste your time with these people."
