After I placed the order I never received a final total. It took 3 days to get ahold of anyone. They told me there was a 12% "insurance fee" on the Rebel T3i. They also said they were out of stock, but they had another T3i with a longer battery life (not listed on their site) for $60 more. I canceled the order. The low price they advertise means nothing."

I was promptly connected with one of the photography experts. He was knowledgeable and helped me put the order together. It was all done in minutes.
