"I bought this watch a few weeks ago. I paid extra for "expedited shipping" to ensure I would receive the watch by Christmas. Several days after placing the order, I checked on the order - to my surprise, it still had not shipped! Because of this delay in shipping, I had to change the delivery address. I was forced to cancel my original order and place a new order. Despite this, I was promised I would still receive the watch in time for Christmas. Then, on December 24, I was told that I would not have the watch.

I tried on multiple occasions to talk with the seller about options. They were unresponsive and not cooperative.

The service level provided by this vendor is horrible.

"The customer service representative I spoke to on two different occasions was quick both times to rush me off the phone. Seemed like he was the only one taking calls. The watch was beautiful but the box was in bad shape. It was coming apart at the bottom and was pretty banged up at the top. It definitely was not a representation of the sophistication the Movado brand of watches brings. Movado watches always bring a pamphlet/instruction manual with every watch. Seemed like this watch was thrown into a box and quickly shipped out without properly inspecting the box. Made me question the authenticity of the watch altogether. I read reviews where several people had the same issue I did but I hoped this would not be the case for me. Unfortunately, it happened to me too. Other than presentation, the watch was beautiful and was delivered on time as promised."
