"Bought a Swiss Army INOX... Was delivered with a scratch on the bezel! It's a gift, so it's important for it to be perfect. Return Policy was very complicated. Dealing with RMA and paying the cost of shipping the watch back is not consumer friendly. The process has to be easier for customers to buy with confidence. "
