The retailer wouldn't compromise on the price and I knew from previous experience there was ample markup, so I checked online and found the same watch at CWS for less than half the cost. Just like the reviews I read before purchasing, the transaction went smoothly on the CWS website, pre-shipment communication was good, and the watch arrived in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased with the watch and the experience with CWS. The discounted price means any warranty repairs will need to be done through CWS, but I haven't had need of that so far. Should that day ever come, I hope their service is equal to their sales process."
