"After reading the reviews here, I decided to call the company and a person named Rick Dahlman answered and helped me with everything.

He walked me step by step through the whole process and navigating through the different chairs and options. He gave me extra details and designed a custom chair for me that wouldn't scratch my hardwoods(no extra cost) and would give me back lumbar support.

It took a bit to receive the chair but Rick informed me via email that he upgraded my arm pads to gel because the ones I wanted were getting retooled. This helped me get my chair faster and well the gel arm pads are the way to go.

Overall my mesh back chair with leather memory foam seat and gel arm pads is way more than I expected. I paid 800 dollars for a chair I expected would have cost well over 1000. The chair control looks nice and works amazing, couldn't ask for more from an ergonomic office chair.

I would recommend for people who have certain special needs with pain problems. I sit in my chair for hours monday through friday and almost never feel fatigued or sore.

I called Rick after receiving my chair and we talked for a while. He told me new things were happening in the company with new designs in the works which sounded like a game changer for the company.

Overall very happy and a very friendly business who will help you."

"We ordered an MVP Extreme chair... I am a programmer and sit for at least 8 hours every day. This chair has been perfect. Has many adjustments so that you can change it up during the day and my back is seldom sore. With my old chair, it was ALWAYS sore. The memory foam in the seat is very comfortable although I would like it if it was slightly more firm. All in all, we got a great chair at a great price. This is not a $69 office warehouse store chair. This is a $1500 chair for about $700. The service was great. The owner is Rick and he genuinely cares that you are satisfied. Would recommend to anyone."

"Great service. I needed a high quality, heavy duty chair because of my size. I have nerve problems in my back & legs and sitting all day on;y makes it worse. Rick literally custom built me a chair with extra padding and heavy duty components. After a few months I was having a problem with the arm pads and he sent me new improved ones out @ no charge with no questions asked. I LOVE this chair. This guy really knows what he's doing.

They misdirect their buyers, use false advertising practices and are deceptive about their return policy.

I ordered a chair for over $700 thinking that it would be a deal after reading on their website about the supposed high quality chairs they sell.

The chair arrived and immediately I discovered it was cheap feeling and made of lesser quality materials than an $100 Office Depot chair (I'm not joking)

I had signed up for a 30 day trial before I purchased the chair.They claim on the trial page that you will get a FULL REFUND of the purchase price minus shipping and handling if not completely satisfied.

I was VERY unhappy with my purchase and retuned the chair.

I tracked the chairs return shipping and saw that it was delivered without incident. I didn't receive any notification of the return from the company.
I emailed them a week later asking about it and a man named Rick Dahlman wrote back rudely stating that they had 30 days to refund my money. On another note, his response email was all in lower caps, no periods and contained incomplete sentences. This was an evident sign that I was dealing with an unprofessional company in so many ways.

So I waited.....

Right around the 30 day mark Rick Dahlman wrote to me saying I would recieve about HALF of my money returned to my credit card! WHAT????!!!!

I pointed out that I had a 30 day trial confirmation number and told him about that page I read.

It turns out the company is a BAD ONE. They misdirect their buyers. They use false advertising practices and are deceptive about their return policy.

They use EVERY trick in the book to get you to buy then screw you. They will do ANYTHING NOT to refund your money.

I am fighting this with my credit card company right now. I don't think I will have a problem winning since it is blatant that the company is defrauding people.

I checked the BBB site and yep you guessed it, they have an EXTREMELY POOR rating.

Why did I order from this company?! When will I learn to do more research before making an impulse decision.

I hope I have prevented others from the distress I am going through right now.
