Worse, if it were the same it wouldn't have worked. The tablet I have doesn't accept the narrow DC adapter I was sold, even though the ad specifically mentioned it would charge my specific tablet version. When I asked about this I was told, "You're missing the back panel on your tablet." as if I could somehow remove the equivalent of a headphone jack. I assume they simply mistook what versions of my tablet the charger could support. "
