"I ordered 5 DVDs from Charityspring through Amazon as they indicated all were in stock and ships in 2 days. However the first DVD arrived 3 weeks after placing my order, the 2nd DVD arrived a week after the first one, then it was another month before the 3rd DVD arrived. I never did receive the 4th or 5th DVDs on my order. Throughout all this all of my emails to Charityspring were ignored. This guy is a crook and i bet none of the money goes to charity as they claim. There's no other way to get ahold of Charityspring, but the return address is in the Temecula area which is about 90 miles away and i will be pounding on this guy's door one day. I'll be notifying the Temecula police and the Better Business Bureau. I can't find how to get ahold of Amazon to get a refund on the two DVDs i was screwed out of. Avoid Charityspring like the plague, it's a ripoff !"
"I had ordered 2 DVDs from this site via a third party. As of today May 15 2006 I have not recieved my products. I have tried to contact them at least 4 times with the last two being very nasty, ( most halve decent companys respond to that). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. On a scale from 1-5, 5 being tops I give them a -5."
"ordered one exercise DVD, got immediate confirmation of order, but NEVER got the DVD. I contacted charityspring 3 times with absolutely no response. I had ordered thru amazon and they have helped me by processing a refund. In future, I will make sure products I get from Amazon don't come from charityspring"
"I bought Harry Potter 3 movies box set from Charity Spring through Amazon.com and I was literally cheated. It was never delivered at woodland hills california. I mailed 4 to 5 times which produced no responce. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER."
"After ordering this 3-CD set online from the vendor via Amazon.com I waited approximately a month for their delivery. That was frustrating as they stated they would normally ship within 2 business days, and they would not answer e-mails requesting status. When finally received, I found all three disks damaged and none would play correctly. Since November, I have sent NUMEROUS e-mails either via Amazon.com or directly to the vendor trying to get a response. I finally got an e-mail stating they would refund my order, but after returning the CD's, within the specified timeframe, via signed receipt, traceable, mail (over 3 weeks ago now) the company has not even sent an acknowledgement to any further e-mails. Customer service there seems very hit or miss... I won't buy from them again. According to Amazon.com the company satisfaction rating has dropped to 65% over the last 30 days and the company now only has an 85% lifetime satisfaction rating with them. I strongly recommend you review their ratings as well."
