"I ordered multiple products online (several were Christmas presents). The box came in missing some of the items and had no packaging slip in it. I emailed their customer service department 6 times throughout December and never heard back until January. By then, some of the items had sold out, and they refused the re-ship the ones that were actually still in stock. Then, they wouldn't even refund me the whole amount for the missed items. Unbelievably bad customer service! Will definitely not be ordering again."

"My initial excitement in finding an affordable source for costume jewelry and accessories has severely dimmed. A handbag I purchased started ripping after less than a month's use and there's no way it was through misuse. It cost me over $10 to send it back since there is no store near me and now a bracelet I purchased at the same time and only wore once has broken. I can't see spending money to send this back as well. Totally dissatisfied and will not be purchasing anything more from them."
