"Stay away. It's not worth the money. They sent an old rundown bus with no name on it which was hard to identify amongst other buses & the driver was horrible too, I was trying to operate the DVD when he knew he had to do it from his console and said nothing. There was no customer service with the bus driver, he did not even identify himself. We were not able to stop as indicated on my itinerary on the way there because the bus driver kept asking me which way to go, I'm not the bus driver you should know or call your logistics. However they charged me 130.00 over because he said we left MD live late, we did by 20 min & I shouldn't be held accountable for the driver's actions. He could have driver slowly I do know, it's just a way of getting extra money , It was an overall horrible experience. Stick with your local companys. "
