Then being charged again and again to fix more of their mistakes even though I had the itinerary in writing. Then to be hung up on by agents who didn't want to "deal" with me. Seriously the company is so unprofessional and will promise everything and deliver nothing but headaches! I would rather deal directly with the bus company than go through a middleman. They don't give you any bus company information either so you have no idea who or if they will show up. "
