"CAV.com taught me a valuable lesson (2 actually). The first is read the website carefully and second you get what you pay for. I needed a disk defragmenter, and knew Diskeeper was a quality product, so I ordered a copy. CAV sent me Release 10, sold as new when DK current release is 13! Nice price, old software, and to top it off, it was a download, with NO documentation. Second, I also needed a backup/restore program, and again, I knew Acronis was one of the better ones on the market so I ordered it. Again, no documentation, just a bare bones CD (and I hear it is a bear to install and use). Shipment was quick, but why 5 bucks for shipping one disc? "

"We purchased Intuit Quickbooks from this seller via Ebay back in April. We just opened our business earlier this month, installed the Quickbooks on the computer and when we tried to register the software Intuit said that the software was already registered to a different company. I contacted James at Cheap AV and they were all ready to assist until I sent a form from Intuit for them to fill out to change the registration. After that ALL emails went unanswered that were sent to James at Cheap AV.
We are basically screwed because of the length of time that has passed since the purchase; I can't even file a complaint with PayPal since it’s been so long.
I would never buy from this company again and I would caution you to not buy from them either despite all the positive feedback you see here and other places.
Their comment in an email and I quote "Your satisfaction is our goal. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or comments." I guess really doesn't mean what it says. In part it does, you can contact them just don't expect a resolve to your issue
The cost of the product means nothing if the product is worthless.

I ordered new anti virus on April 9, it arrived timely on the 14th. When I went to install the updated antivirus my computer rejected it. I contacted Kasperski about the problem and they informed me that my "key" was already used by someone else! When I went back to the package my new antivus had been shipped in, I noticed there was no invoice enclosed, only a card providing a phone number, only available 4 hours a day for inquiries. When I called the number it said due to large volume of calls they could not take any phone inquiries and I needed to contact them via e-mail. I had a 15 day period to return faulty security software.

Within a day of e-mailing cheapantivirus.com I recieved a message apologizing for any problems and they immediately issued a new antivirus key, which worked. They also asked if the package had been sealed, and it had. I believe they sold the software in good faith, the wrong key must have been a problem with Kasperski, since they are in charge of assigning keys for their software. Cheapantivirus.com is mearly a sales/distributor. My antivirus works fine, but I'm old-fashioned and still prefer talking to someone one-on-one over the phone, and four hours a day is still not enough time for any business to conduct proper customer service."
