"I am a very unsatisfied customer and feel I have been defrauded by cheapdj gear. I placed an online order on 10/10/11 and it has been three weeks and have heard nothing back. I recieved a one time e-mail that my order is processing but nothing after that with no tracking # only status that shows "processing". I call several times during all times of the day and am on hold with an automated system up to ONE hour till I have to hang up. There is no way on the online site that you can get a hold of anyone so for anyone who places an order, my advice is Don't. "
