"Today 29th August 2005. cheapdvdbuys.com and crazy4dvds.com are one in the same company, I believe in fact a number of alias company names. I'm very, very dissatisfied & annoyed with this company. I have paid for the dvd movies in good faith, they have my money and never sent my dvd movies. They now bounce ALL emails back to me and have blocked me from accessing any of their sites. This is both immoral and illegal and I don't believe they should get away with such behaviour. I am taking this matter further. Regards, Leonie (New Zealand)"
"Seller keeps buyer up to date on the current processes, such as it being shipped. The old DVD movies have great (DVD) quality; nevertheless, the current movies that just came out on DVD has poor quality. The DVDs are not the genuine item. There are no Asian characters written anywhere; however, it was shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. The DVDs don't come in DVD cases."
