"Warning, Stay away from this company! I've been dealing with them since Dec 3rd. I ordered a Dyson Vaccuum. I was charged within 2 days after placing my order. Never did get a tracking #. Item never received, Heather 1st blamed it on weather and the item was shipped late. Then they told me it hadn't been shipped. Finally on Dec23rd I canceled the order. Charge was not removed from my card, they "said" they changed card processors, could not remove the charge and then said they would issue me a check. Even gave me a check #. I never received it. In the meantime they told me not to file a dispute with my card company, then finally in Feb after many emails (all of which I have copies of), I went to my bank and filed a dispute. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, their customer support stinks. Don't believe a word they tell you (Heather & Karen). If I can keep just 1 customer from ordering from them it will be worth my while. "

"I think there is a big problem with this merchant . I had a similar experience as Ben2e. On Dec, 5 2008 I ordered a pioneer elite 50 inch 111 TV for lowest price on Internet including shipping for 2900 dollars. I spoke to the owner Heather who told me to register on the www.cheapdeals4youstore.com amd purchase TV which should be delivered to my home before Christmas.
I registered, purchased the TV with an AMEX on the website. An initial email confirmed my purchase but several hours later I received a second email saying my order was cancelled. I went back to the website and found my account had no record of my transaction. The next day I called heather who told me the website server was a problem and she took my order by hand.Little did I know my AMEX was actually charged for the TV even though it had not yet shipped. She said the Tv would ship out in two days and I would get a tracking number. I went back to the website and found no evidence that I had bought the TV under my account , nor did i receive any email confirming my purchase. When I called back the next day , Heather assured me my order was sent to the shipper and I would get a tracking number soon. The next day nothing had changed and I demanded some confirmation that the order was in and the TV was being shipped. Heather the "generated" an email to me which said I had bought the Tv . There was no other information , no tracking number.

I waited for about 5 days and when I did not get any information on the ship date I called Heather. She then told me that the TV had shipped but it was unloaded in a factory in Seattle and that it may have been exposed to cold and they could not allow it to be sent that way. The TV would have to be returned and Heather did not know when that was going to happened becasue snow closed some pass. The TV supposedly was returned and 2 days before Christmas I was told that the TV would ship out on the 28th of Dec. I recieved and email on the 28th of dec, that all TVs would be sent out by the following Monday or Tuesday. I waited until January 2 but did not recieve any notice of the TV being shipped. I emailed Heather Sunday Jan 4th and told her that if she did not call me Monday Jan 5 or provide me evidence that the TV was shipped I would call AMEX and cancel the purchase. As of Monday the 5th, no response by 5 PM EST so I have just complained to AMEX and they have removed the charge from my CC. I will purchase the elsewhere. I would stay away from this merchant.

"Never received the item (Pioneer Receiver). I was told initially it would ship in 3-5 business days and I was charged in 2 days. After a week an a half, I was told it should ship anytime that they were a little behind from Thanksgiving (which they neglected to mention when I asked originally which was the same day I ordered so the apparently got behind RIGHT after I called). Another week went by, no tracking number and no order appeared in my account. I was told it would definitely arrive by the 22nd but I had no tracking number by the 21st. They responded promptly to my emails but the answers were a bit strange. I was told it would ship airmail but that the shipment was blocked because the pass was closed (not sure how a pass being closed blocks airmail). I finally requested a refund on Dec 22nd. 15 days later, I still saw no refund on my account. I had to call Visa to request a refund.

I suppose I could have waited more weeks but 3 1/2 weeks should be plenty, even with a Thanksgiving backup and bad weather. I'm also not thrilled with being charged so quickly and not having either a shipment or a refund. At Amazon among others, you are not charged until the item is shipped. I found only one other review of the store and would not mind waiting a bit longer to get a lower price, but having missed several promises, leaves me wondering if they're even legitimate. Not one thing they promised actually happened. I would avoid this retailer.
