"GOOD: Good house brand products, service was satisfactory when they ran out of a product that had already been ordered, shipping was secure with nothing breaking/denting during transit. Paper especially was shipped very securely. Website easy enough to use. Good videos on youtube to demonstrate their products.

BAD: "Mystery bag" promo was very disappointing, said it was worth $35 but I doubt that as all it was were a few samples, a plastic tube, and a laminated sheet of paper. I've gotten more/better samples with orders that cost half as much at other art suppliers, no promo involved. Also, the threshold for free shipping is too high considering how much shipping costs otherwise. I don't think I will shop there again since I can get things faster and/or cheaper elsewhere."
