"I TRIED TO ORDER 150 COLORED PENCIL SET FOR MY WIFE ,IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. YOUR REP SAID THE 132 SET WAS IN STOCK AND I SAID OK SHIP IT.
THE OUT COME WAS: NOTHING WAS SHIPPED, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HER MAIN CHRISTMAS PRESENT, THEY ALSO DIDN"t cancel the 150, just put it on backorder for shipment in late january.
they didn't ship the 132, I THINK they cancelled that one.????
i am really not sure what is going on now! I DO KNOW WE DIDN't recieve ANY PENCILS, THEY MAY HAVE B AND MY WIFE WAS VERY DISAPPOIONTED THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND SHE WAS NOT VERY HAPPY.
