"I received a set of paints in which the outside packaging correct, but the paints inside were mixed up from another set. Initially I sent an email. After no response after two days, I called their customer service. I was told the new set would be sent to me and I would probably have to return the others. Fine. However, why would you send the replacement product using 6 - 9 day mail? If my order is screwed up and I did not receive what I am asking for, the replacement product should have been sent using 2 day Air?

Overall, the issue was resolved, however I waited 12 days to receive the product I originally asked for.
