"I ordered six large, cradled wood panels. Customer service was all right; took awhile to process and get to the right person. The plywood used on the 48 x 60 panels is wavy. I was able to glue and use one of them, but the other was too wavy, so I had to return it. Quality of the frame/cradle is good, but the actual panel is fair, at best."
