Catalog shopping for artist's supplies can be extremely difficult without the ability to see true colors & feel the quality of brushes and other artist materials. Customer service depends on the representative I get when I call for assistance in deciding on or placing an order. One Cheap Joe's customer service representative in particular consistently (-& even impatiently) gives me "yes" or "no" answers without offering further help. If I am really struggling, I will simply call again with hopes of getting another representative. This has happened a number of times, and always with the same representative. In contrast, other customer service representatives I have encountered were patient & very helpful. "
