"I impulsively purchased three 50-g tubes of mederma from cheapOTC.com, due to the too good to be true prices. The website list no contact address, nor phone numbers; this is fishy. Initially, the seller never responded to any e-mails regarding the status of the order, until I told him to either tell me what's going on or I'll report him to BBB.
The seller told me there was a problem, and he could no longer ship the items. However, he'd issue a refund. It turned out he didn't issue a refund in full. I lost about $10 from this transaction. Since the only method of payment he accepts is PayPal, which by the way takes away consumer protection that credit card companies offer, I basically could not recover the money I lost.
Stay away from this seller. Make sure before you make any purchases, that the seller has an actual address, phone number, not just an e-mail address or live support that never goes online. Also make sure that the seller accept credit card payments, not just PayPal, WesternUnion, or CertaPay, which give you no protection in the case that the seller is not sincere.
BTW, there was no invoice number because the seller never issued one. If resellerratings.com wants more details please send me an e-mail w/ a number I can call you back, because I really want to expose this company."
