"I have recently booked an cancelling a e-ticket on Cheapoair, it is the worst booking experience and also cancelling experience. Cheapair will also charge you $250 for cancellation of the ticket"

"I have traveled with cheapoair pretty often. I sometimes look at other sites for my travel but have always gone with cheapoair mostly because they have the best rates but also because they have many more options for me, such as, flex dates, paying with multiple cards, and the opportunity to choose my seats."

When í got the ticket I noticed we're missing letter and when I called them to fix it they say they will charge me $50 to fix just one single N , they ripped me off I hope I never use them again be away from them

Will Never use them again!!

"Bought tickets from cheap o air. Read the terms and conditions. Thought I knew what I was purchasing, I was wrong. Bought 2 tickets online, flying myself and my daughter from Fairbanks Alaska to Richmond, Virginia. There was no option to select seat assignment so I called cheap o air. The representative said he booked our seats together but did not tell me the assingments. I called again the day prior and the representative said it would be a $15 charge per person to book our seat assignments (the previous call I had been mislead to believe the rep. had booked our seats). I decided to wait until I got to the ticket counter to select seats. When I got to United's counter I was told because of the ticket I bought that my daughter and I would not be seated together. I offered to pay for an upgrade and was told the ticket I bought did not allow me to upgrade (what?!) Also during initial check in I was told we were only allowed one item on the plane as a carry on. I put my purse in my back pack and my daughter put her back pack in her rolling carry on. When we got to our transfer at O'Hare the agent at the gate said the over head bins could not accomodate the rolling carry on and charged me $50 to put in the belly of the plane, which made no sense becaue we only checked one bag. That is a $25 fee so I should have only been charged $25 for a checked bag for my daughter. If it were considered a second bag it should have only been $35. Ridiculous! Then on the flight back my husband joined us on the flight. He called United to get us seated together, they said Cheap o Air would have to do it. My husband called them and they said only the airline could do it, even after he offered to pay upgrade fees for us. My husband asked to speak to a manager at cheap o air and the representative replied "do you think I am giving you falsified information?" My husband said no, that he just wanted to speak to a manager. The representative said it would be 5 minute, 27 minutes later a manager came on. He said they couldn't make any changes. My husband insisted they had to. So the manager at cheap o air put my husband on hold, again, while the manager called United. In the end cheap o air charged us another $90 per ticket for all of us to sit together. After paying $1,000 per ticket then all the peoblems, extra fees and another $90 each, I will NEVER use or recommed cheap o air to anyone!!"

Never use this agency to book flight

"I have lost $850 recently. They cheated me. They will never help you if you need any help. One common answer from them "We are not responsible to do this. Call airlines by yourself, they can do that. If you call airlines they will tell you... the request should come through checpoair, because they booked your ticket.". You will be in harassment. Don't trust cheapoair, never, ever. "

Never ever book your flight on CheapOair! NEVER!!!! I've lost 760$!!!!! BEWARE!

"The ugliest web site for booking your flight!!!! Here is my story ... I booked a round trip flight from Russia to USA with 2 short stops in Europe, when i was booking a flight there was no information that i will need Schengen Visa to stop in Europe ( i had no Idea that i need one, i didnt know what kind of visa is that... no clue...) CheapOair very quickly charged my card and i was exited about my trip!!!No notification about visa ... nothing.. I came to airport 3 hours before my flight and what a surprise!!!! they didn't let me in the plane because I was NOT AWARE of needed visa!!! Airport staff told me that i was supposed to be informed by my booking agent and suggested me to call them ... So It took me about 2 hours to get to some one!!!! and you know what gentlemen told me? " WE ARE SORRY, TRY TO CALL AIRLINE THAT YOU BOOKED WITH US !!!! " He kept saying sorry and while talking to him of course my plane started boarding... worst experience in my life!!!! Problem was not solved of course.. I headed back to hotel... paid another 100$ for a night... I had to buy another ticket going to US and I Called CheapOair again asking if my round flight back that i purchased will be active , so i could just buy new tiket to US... Guess what!!!!!!!!???? They told me that if i didn't sit on my first plane all flights that purchased together are cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I CANT USE MY RETURN FLIGHT THAT AFTER 3 WEEKS AND MY MONEY WILL BE GOING TO SOMEONES POCKET ... CHEAPOAIR ARE LIARS!!!! NEVER EVER BOOK ANYTHING THERE !!!! You might just lose your money ... just like me.. 760$ +100$ hotel gone with the wind ... all they can tell you .. "WE ARE SORRY " "
