"We made a reservation on the phone via agent due to the inability to complete the reservation online. The agent made errors in the names. The person was had issues understanding English. When we discovered the errors and called to fix the names, the agent wanted to cancel the reservations and rebook at a higher price. He was unable to fix it! In addition, we waited literally hours to be able to get through to a live person. The whole experience was horrid and a complete waste of time and money. "I always have issues following the reservations. I keep getting messages that my itinerary has changed and that I need to accept it. When I try to accept the change there is nothing to accept. A few days later I get another message stating that I need to accept the change, but there is nothing to accept. The messages get progressively urgent such as "You must act within 24 hours to avoid further delays or incur additional charges." The wait times for customer service are ridiculous too. "
