"I purchased a specific product that was upgraded without my permission. I didn't realize the version was upgraded until it wouldn't install on my computer. Due to the fact that the activation key was used, Cheap Ozzholes is so sorry they can't refund my purchase. It costs me $67.00 and over 6 hours working Microsoft Support to fix the issue without success. The product is incompatible with my OS. They jerked me around with multiple emails ignoring anything I was explaining. Finally I chose "Call me now." Of coarse no one called. I had to set up a time the next day for Cheap Ozzholes to call me back. Before that happened some clown sent me an email telling me they won't refund the purchase. Buyer beware. They sold me they wrong product and then blamed me for the unwelcome upgrade. It's not worth another minute of my time to dispute these thieves over $67.00. I'm just another sucker fulfilling their dishonest business model. Don't be the next unsuspecting buyer they screw over."
