They describe the boots as leather, they are plastic. They are poor quality and anything but "authentic". There is NO free shipping. They will not honor any kind of guarantee. Will not take returns and refuse to exchange. DO NOT order anything from them. They will only answer 1 e-mail per day so getting anywhere with them takes weeks. Dishonest, disreputable, shady, unethical company."
