"I placed the order and my credit card was charged the day after although the sales terms says "we only charges your credit card once the parcel is sent to you". We're in march and the order is still pending... They don't answer to emails nor phone calls no way !
I called VISA/MASTERCARD to cancel the transaction and they refund me (thanx Visa).
Citibank visa has opened an investigation concerning them."
"I ordered a digital camera from this company Cheapdealz.co.uk on the 1st January 2005 and received a confirmation email that it would ship within a few days. Payment was deducted from my credit card around the same date. After a week I logged into their system to check progress but no committment to actual delivery time was given. Despte trying to phone them (impossible as voice mail always full). Absolutely no response to several emails. I just wanted to no the status! This company are a joke! My credit card company are following up on my behalf. Unfortunately becuse initially I thought the deal was good I'm informed friend and he is now in the same position as me. Be very wary of ordering from this company as can be seen from the many comments I have read about across the net. This company are building up a nice cashflow at our expense."
"Unfortunately I feel that I must advise against purchasing through this store. My order was placed on the 5th February and I still haven't received it. Money was taken from bank account. No response to phone or fax messages. Reported to trading standards."
"I have been purchasing stuffs at Cheap Dealz for quite a while now, and I can tell you that I am completly satisfied with the site. the store is user-friendly,and whatever information that you are looking for, is pretty easy to locate & order. I will continue buying whatever I want in the future at Cheap Dealz "
"I share the views of other disatisfied reviewers. I ordered a Crative Zen system last week and have since failed to contact the company. The mail address just disappears into thin air and the phone number in the UK just diverts to a number in the US, where you are told that the mailbox is full and you can not leave a message. All of this from a site which propurts to be from the UK.
Despite the fact that I have now reviewed many other messages, which wouold appear to indicate similar bad experiences, I still hold out hope that my unit will turn up.
Regardsless of the good dealz presented this is a cursory lesson in "You get what you pay for" and the service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced and by the day I begin to suspect that my money has been wasted.
I should also add that the money was transferred from my account with great speed and that was the last indication that this organisation was on the ball.
By all means shop but best to avoid if you like your service to be predictable and contactable.
Also be awarte that cheapdeals now appear to have opened another site, so the same commetns go for that as well.

"excellent service, quick delivery and great value. I ordered the wrong item. Cheap Dealz accepted the return without charging me any fee. The replacement product was then sent out within 48 hours. Thumbs up"
"I placed an order for a Sony car stereo from this company, and have since encountered many problems with Cheap Dealz. I paid for Express Delivery, but when my parcel didn't arrive within the agreed time, I found that I couldn't contact Cheap Dealz either by email or telephone. My calls were directed to an answering machine, and although I left numerous messages, these were never returned. My emails were never responded to.
Eventually, I received an email from someone named "Ben". Cheap Dealz agreed to refund my delivery costs, and send out another parcel. Again, this parcel never arrived. I contacted Cheap Dealz to ask for a refund of my money, and it was about this time that I contacted Trading Standards. In total, I was given 3 tracking numbers from the company. One parcel was delivered to someone in another part of the country, and another was signed for by Earley, the man from Cheap Dealz who agreed to refund the money that was taken out of my account for the stereo. Trading Standards have found lots of problems with this company. For example, the address given on the website was investigated and the proprieters have no knowledge of Cheap Dealz whatsoever. Secondly, Trading Standards checked the Credit Licence Number quoted on the website which belongs to a Mr Richard
Price of Nottinghamshire. The number quoted for Data Protection registration on the website was
incorrect.
I am very concerned about the failure of Cheap Dealz to comply with various UK Legislation such as the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2004, Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1994 to name
only two. On the website under "terms of use", it clearly states that "THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES HERE UNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF
THE UK" but they have failed to comply.
Cheap Dealz have not delivered the item to me, and have failed to reimburse my costs. They are currently being investigated by numerous bodies.

"This website (www.cheapdealz.co.uk) is a bogus website.
Do not use."
"Excellent service, curteous people. Got a new infocus LP150 projector in less than 4 days. I have also noted thatthey offer a 100% warranty coverage fro credit card transactions by Worlpay.
Not bad, just a slight critique about the packaging which was a bit loose but this did not affect the projector.
time to watch MU on a 52" digital screen!!!
LOL

"I've never receive my order but I've pay for an Archos AV420 equipment. I've sent a lot of message and mail but without any answer from CheapDealz. I'm unfortunatly not alone in this case in France. So take care ans if you could help me, you are welcome"
"I got my item in just 48 hours. Hats up for cheap dealz. I recommend this website with no doubt.
Thanks again for the fast responces to my emails."
"I left all my comments on www.famille-de-cremoux.org in order to warn other people of the way this company deals with its customers.
Here is the story :
CheapDealz : honest or crook, decide for yourself...
Order on 04/26/2004 : a Palm Tungsten T3 and a GPS BlueTooth TomTom, according to the website everything was avalaible and was to be send by express delivery,
On May 4h or 5th, the online support found on www.cheapdealz.com says the parcel has already benn send and that it should be delivered by the end of the week (approximately on 05/07/2004),
Without any news, I send an email on 05/10/2004 to ask for informations,
Without answer, I send an email on 05/11/2004 to cancel my order,
I finaly get a message saying they tried to send 3 mails and that they weren't able to check my address and phone number...although I'm on the Yellow Pages as this can be easily verified on www.pagesjaunes.fr (which I immediatly says by mail),
2 hours later, I get an answer to my 05/10/2004 mail asking to confirm I'm receiving their messages. This mail is signed by "Karla". I answer positively immediately.
On 05/12/2004, I get a mail telling me the parcel has been send the day before and that it will be delivered about the 05/14/2004.
On 05/18/2004, I send a mail asking why I haven't received anything yet.
Without any answer, I send on 05/25/2004 a mail asking to cancel my order.
Then, nothing until I received a used Palm Tungsten T3 and no GPS on 07/05/2004. I then check my credit card record and discover that the total amount has been billed on 06/04/2004.
I then send a mail on 07/08/2004 saying I sending back the Palm at the Parisian address mentionned on the website and resquesting an immediate refund.
A few days later, the parcel comes back...CheapDealz doesn't exist at this address.
I received a mail yesterday saying a refund was done, but as of now it doesn't appear on my bank account.
On July 27th, my bank account was partially refunded. I got 359 euros. CheapDealz still has to reimburse me of 376 euros."
