"After waiting 14 days, for the 4 to 7 days shipping, I called them only to find out they don't answer the phone any more but give you an e-mail address to contact them. An alarm went off in my head, and I was right. I e-mailed them and to their credit they got back to me quickly and here is what they wrote. I copied and pasted it here. I don't feel they would have ever contacted me, to tell me they didn't have the part I ordered, unless I e-mailed them.

Nice!! I had already gave them $28 and now they want $34 more for a product that I can buy from $35 to $59 dollars shipped. Can you say bait and switch or scam!!! I will not ever buy from this company nor recommend anyone to do so. Also you will not get any conformation e-mail or receipt from them which was my first red flag. I have bought all over the net and have been lucky, I guess, having great service until now. This is the only place, I feel, that has tried to scam me. If they had the decency to call or e-mail me to tell me they could not get the part or it was out of stock I might have given them the benefit of doubt, but not now. Stay away!!!!!"
"I purchased a pool safety rope and some rope anchors from this company back on May 13th, 2015. They took my money and I never received my order. If you call their customer support hotline they say they do not take calls and you have to send your comments to their email address. After several emails to them requesting an update on shipping the products they finally send me a reply back (only after I mentioned to them I have a larger order for them but was not going to order until I received the small order). They send me the pool rope and tell me the anchors were no longer available and they would issue a credit to my c.c. account. I have sent them several email requests on the refund (last email request is dated 8.15.15) for the anchors but they have yet to reply or respond to me. This company is scamming people out of their money and I will NEVER order anything form them again! "

"I ordered a pressure gauge from them. Though it arrived quickly it was not the one I ordered. They told me the one I ordered was out of stock and that they has issued a full refund. In fact, the refund never came and now over a month later, after numerous emails and phone calls, they say another company has to issue it. That "other company" is not cooperating and Cheap Pool Products Customer Service will do nothing to help. In short, if anything goes wrong you can kiss your money goodbye.
FINALLY! after 6 weeks I found a rep who claims to have credited my account for the amount due (again). We'll see if it actually comes through this time."
"Items marked as "Free Shipping" are falsely advertised. I purchased a pool ladder that was marked free shipping. I contacted customer service to see when I would receive my product; they indicated it would ship within a day or two and I should have them item within a week. When a week and a half passed I contacted customer service to inquire where my ladder was. I was informed that I would need to spend an additional $300 now for shipping. I pointed out that the item's page, directly under the item number, stated "Free Shipping." They said it weighed a lot and therefore despite what they advertised if I still wanted it I would need to pay the additional $300 shipping fee. I have contacted the NJ BBB about the false advertisement of their products. The company has since increased the price of the ladder by $350, but the page still states "Free Shipping." I'm assuming the free shipping is only valid when they feel the price of the product is great enough. Interesting..."
