"12/23/19 - 19431300 order placed online, 1/9/2020 - 19477633 order placed online, 14920083 - 1/23/20 Order placed this is the orders and dates for the ammo that I recived that was corroded and or started to corrode. After expending nearly $599 with cheaper than dirt and a long week of back and fort emails all they had to offer me was a $50 ecard to their company . The person handling my claim kept refusing to put me in contact with his supervisor. I cant believe that a company like cheaper than dirt would sell amunition that is corroded with rust. the rep asked me to contact the tulimo company and talk to then . And have them assume that the a.mo is safe to shoot . Guess this company lives up to is name cheap and dirt . Cause that's how the service, communication, products, are . Needless to say I'll be taking my business to natches shooting ."
"14/11/19. I made a prepayment for the goods on the Cheaper Than Dirt website with my mastercard, the amount $ 25.02 (ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER: 19333104);
17/11/19. I made another prepayment on the same site for another product, the amount $ 15.90 (NUMBER: 19339080).
I leave abroad of USA, as address for delivery, I specified operation address of Delivery company.
But not one of the orders came to my address.
12/15/19. I wrote claim to Cheaper Than Dirt, where are my orders. And received an answer from Cheaper Than Dirt:
«Dear Maxim Ignatchenko,
Thank you for your email inquiry about the two orders placed. Both orders were canceled and our credit card was returned by our customer service department because they were unable to verify the billing address provided on the order.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Tonya P»
Instead of just returning the money to the credit card with which I paid for the orders, the Customer Service of Cheaper Than Dirt requires me to indicate to them the address in the USA to which they will send the check.
I believe that Cheaper Than Dirt specifically complicate the procedure so as not to return my money to me at all.

"Don't waste your time or money with this company! My experience was absolutely terrible. Costumer service was awful and the products are not cheap at all. Kara Dearman should be fired! I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere and will tell everyone I know not to mess with these DIRT people!"
"Wanted to buy a surplus sleeping bag from them but the measurement they listed was not to spec for the item. Asked them a question about the item wanting to know the exact sizes of all three layers and then told them why I was concerned. I was afraid these were contract misfits that were out of spec and were not accepted.... as there is a lot of misfit surplus on the market.
The response was that the size they listed was plenty big enough and that I was confused! The size they listed was 3 inches too slim and 1 inch short in mil spec size. I done a live chat to express my concerns before purchase and then got more smart remarks. I told them that the spec size was something other than what they listed and then they said well then what you say is the actual size. They made no effort to check the actual measurements to see and then to shut me up they said "well we checked it and it is what you said"... while making no effort to do so. Then I tried to explain that since this was a 3 layer sleeping bag that if the outside diameter was under size that the inside diameter may not be big enough for someone to comfortably fit into the bag they way it was intended.... thus, they would have been rejected by the military. The smart guy on the other end of the screen (scott) says I dont know what I am talking about and it doesnt work that way. So I tried to put it into terms that even a moron could understand by telling him that if his pants were already snug when he put them on that he could not add two layers of long johns on under his pants and still be able to wear them. Of course, he rejected that notion then went on to pretend that he was an expert and was in the service and how they fit even the biggest of guys in his unit.... bla bla bla. So then I said "yes" they would fit even the biggest guys in the unit if they were spec size but your web page says it is under spec. Of course , this "know it all" rejected any reasonable explanation as to why an undersized sleeping bag could be a problem and completely rejected the idea that wearing snug fitting pants and then trying to add two layers of long johns underneath would ever be a problem for the wearer. As I said, even a moron would have understood that.... but the smart elics over at Cheaper Than Dirt just cant grasp ahold of that concept. Wouldnt it have been better to just get off your lazy A$$ and go out into the warehouse with a tape measure and update your web page if it is wrong in the sizing?... instead of treating a customer so poorly and ruining your company PR that much moore? Jerks!"
"Reseller accepts orders for merchandise (takes your money) purported to be in stock, causing long delays in refunds for credit card purchases"
" Good price and they delivered The bullets I ordered when promised in a timely manner !
BUT! They put the small box of 50 bullets in a bigger shipping box with very little padding ! The small plastic bullet box was destroyed leaving the 50 bullets
Rattling around loosely in the bigger box
THIS IS NOT GOOD!!! "
" I have been a customer of this company for years and have never been impressed by their service and was going to order a pair of handgun sights. They weighed about two ounces. Cheaper Than Dirt wanted to charge $11.95 for shipping That is approx. $9 more than the actual cost. I sell on Ebay and can ship the item that weight for between $2.80 and $3.75 which is just a way to make more profit and not show it in the price so they can claim they are competitive. I sent an Email to their customer NON service and received a useless reply. Apparently Cheaper Than Dirt does not have the least bit of consideration for their customers. Well this is one less customer. Would have given one star but it would allow me to s"
"I placed my order before Christmas. Tomorrow is New Year's Eve I checked the status and it still hasn't shipped. Buyers beware take your business elsewhere. Trust in the reviews that you are reading. I'm just glad that I only spent a couple hundred bucks. "
"system slower than fog off warm horse shitt . system has some really dumb bull shitt problens ! should not have to do a **** retake , never even got a **** copy to my yahoo.com and no password ether .what a peace of trailer trash company !!!!!!"
"I purchased 2 qd end plates for the AR15. Upon receiving them they were horrible looking, splotchy paint and unfinished metal. To top it off a qd connector won't even stay in the qd port. Do you even look at the products you are selling? Looked nothing like the picture. Why would a company sell junk? Wouldn't there be more money made by satisfied repeat customers? In addition I had purchased some 5.56 ammo form them a few years back and there was a good percentage of bent cases so don't buy their ammo either. They have completely lost my business. Save your time and buy from a company who cares like Primary Arms or Palmetto State Armory you'll be glad you did."
"My wife and I placed an order online for some guns and ammo for Xmas. We recently moved and have an out of state drivers license. My wife who placed the order (only used my debit card to pay) has her drivers license updated already for our current state of Arizona. Sarah Parker, the customer service agent who emailed me, was so rude and condescending I refuse to ever give cheaper than dirt my business. She emailed asking for an updated drivers license. I explained the situation that these guns (one of which is a purple child’s rifle) were for Christmas and that my wife was the one with the updated DL. She snapped back that not only was she cancelling the order, but she would blacklist my wife from making any further purchases so she could not just reorder the items with her drivers license info instead. My wife only used my name since she was paying with my credit card. Maybe if Sarah Parker had a husband of her own who gave her a credit card to use for Xmas shopping, she wouldn’t be so nasty? She was so nasty to deal with in fact, that I will NEVER EVER EVER order from there. There was no reason to be that way over a simple issue that should have been easy to resolve. The good news is that I shopped around with my wife and we found another website offering the same guns with more options for less money. Cheaper than dirt? That just describes the women handling their orders."
"Had a big doe in my crosshairs opening morning (Nov 23) and my gun didn’t fire. The only thing I changed since I sighted it in a month ago was the ammo I bought from these clowns. Three times I pulled the trigger and nothing, **** off hunter is an under statement. HSM ammo with primers that are probably bought from China, needless to say I had to go all the way back home and buy real ammo by Winchester. The only thing this company got right was it’s name....Cheaper than Dirt, now I know why. "
"I called them to purchase an item and paid $703, they said it's in stock then they charged my bank account and then they emailed me and said the item is not in stock and we refunded your money. Plus manager( Karen F) said we send you a $20 gift card to make up for this. This never happened , they never drop the charges and refunded me nor send me the gift card. What an unpleasant and unethical company, they are thieves. I called my bank to report it. "
