"I think that they have good people on the phone but their design team lacks in production it took a while to hear from them unless i either called/email. I waited the recommended time, shy of a day, on day 9 from the recommended 6-10 days, I had to complain about where my tracking info is, the next day, I got the box, so they rushed out the order ? Went to track it online and that told me they never got it ready when it said "this order number doesn't exist" and the box came all messed up and packing was not the best, shirts were thrown in the box. Not to happy with the quality of this processing."

I THEN CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEAL WITH SUPER RUDE STAFF IN WHICH SENT ME AN EMAIL BASICALLY EXPLAINING THAT EVERY ORDER IS CHARGED TWICE (ONCE WHEN THE CUSTOMER CLICKS SUBMIT AND ONCE WHEN THEY PULL THE ORDER THRU). I CANCELLED MY ORDER ALL TOGETHER AND WENT ELSEWHERE DUE TO THE FACT OF HOW THEY HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE SINCE THEN CALLED DAILY FOR A WEEK TO EXPERIENCE MORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT MY CANCELLED ORDER TO THE BANK TO RELEASE MY FUNDS. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR ATTEMPT TO SHOULD I SAY ! "

Colors are all wrong and the shirts are like crap. I would never buy from this company again, THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST T SHIRT COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE and on line you will see much better companies exist"

"This company has bad customer service. I have been trying to contact anyone there for more than 2 weeks and they do not ever make any attempt to contact you back. The company quoted the price for a 2 color shirt with a color change and while printing on the last day ( 2 weeks later) they cam up with an extra charge for the color change of around $200. So they printed white lettering on real light colored shirts and it does not show up!
Not real trustworthy considering I contacted them numerous times verifying the charges."

They don't have the best technology, they will email you PDFs and stuff for your approval, but the quality and attention to detail is good and the prices are a lot better than companies that have a digital designer for you to use.
